Many years ago, I had the chance to see Brian Tracy speak in person. I remember him telling the audience of his habit of looking in the mirror and repeating, “I like myself, I like myself, I like myself.” At the time, I was very young and thought such a practice was too easy and basically unnecessary; especially since I had a big, fat, healthy ego.
